Updated Gift Card Policy

A Message from the New Owners of Jackson Massage


Dear Valued Clients,


We are excited to have welcomed you to the new chapter of Jackson Massage & Day Spa.  As of November 1st, 2024 we are under new ownership. We're committed to maintaining the exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere that has made this spa a beloved part of the Jackson community for decades.


Gift Card Policy Update

As part of our transition, and to quell some concerns from recent social media posts, we need to share an important update regarding previously issued gift cards:


Effective April 1st, 2025:


  1. Gift cards purchased before November 1, 2024 that have expired, cannot be accepted.
  2. We have and will continue to accept unexpired gift cards from the previous ownership (must be presented at checkout to redeem).
  3. All gift cards purchased after November 1, 2024, remain fully valid according to their terms (normally 5 years from date of purchase).


Moving Forward Together

We remain deeply committed to providing exceptional spa experiences and building lasting relationships with each of you. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your visits are relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable.


We're excited to share that we've been working hard to enhance your spa experience:

  1. We have implemented online booking on our newly designed website https://jackson.spa, making booking and buying gift cards even easier.
  2. We've hired 4 new massage therapists to increase availability.
  3. We've expanded our hours and are now open every Saturday.
  4. We have expanded our service offerings to include weekly yoga classes.
  5. We have and are continuously updating our facilities and planning to bring on more services.


We invite you to explore our full range of services, including massage therapy, hydrotherapy with our unique Vichy shower, aesthetic treatments, nail services, waxing, and our dry sauna.
